Terms of Service

These terms are written to be read. They explain what you can expect from Aero and what we expect from you.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Aero. By using the Services, you agree to them. You must be at least 16, legally able to contract, and authorized to connect each mailbox or workspace you use. If you use Aero for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

Closed beta

Aero is currently available by invitation only. Access is granted per address and may be granted, delayed, or withdrawn at our discretion; withdrawal does not delete your data. The Services are provided free of charge during the beta, may change materially, and may be interrupted more often than a generally available product. Any founding-member pricing we offer is described where it is offered, applies to the account it was granted to for as long as that account remains open, and does not survive the account being closed.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify security@aeromail.ai promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You may not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.

Your content and permissions

You retain all rights in content you submit or connect. You grant Aero a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the Services and follow your instructions.

You are responsible for having permission to use and share content, including when inviting collaborators. Aero does not claim ownership of your messages, contacts, drafts, or attachments.

Acceptable use

You may not use Aero to violate law or others’ rights; send spam or malware; harass or deceive; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Services; scrape or probe the system outside an authorized security program; resell the Services without permission; or use automated means in a way that materially harms the Services or other users.

Connected services

Aero interoperates with third-party services such as email providers. Their terms and availability apply independently. You authorize Aero to act on your instructions through granted permissions. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will use reasonable care in our integrations.

Plans, billing, and changes

Paid plans renew for the stated billing period until canceled. Prices and taxes are shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewal at any time; unless law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change plans or prices with advance notice, and changes apply no earlier than your next renewal.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Aero or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access to address a security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or material breach, using notice when practical. We may terminate these Terms for material breach or discontinue the Services with reasonable notice. Account deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AERO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERO’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AERO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. AERO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. These limits do not apply where prohibited.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Services unless you have a separate written agreement with Aero. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Aero may assign them as part of a reorganization or sale. Contact legal@aeromail.ai with questions.
